Explore the World Heritage Road of Vietnam 

 

SAVANNAKHET - DONG HA – HUE – HOI AN
 CODE: VLT.17.03 
(4 days- 3 night’s overland itinerary for groups)

Day 1: Savannakhet – Hue: 400 km (L, D) Pick-up in Savannakhet (Laos), and depart for Vietnam. Have lunch at Den Savan.  Transfer to Hue via the international border gate of Lao Bao. Arrive in Hue for check-into the hotel. Free for leisure and stay overnight in Hue City.

 

Day 2: Hue – Da Nang – Hoi An: 140 km (B, L, D) After breakfast, we will take a Dragon boat cruise on the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu (Heavenly Lady) pagoda. Transfer by vehicle to visit the Imperial Citadel, home to the Emperors of Nguyen Dynasty. Check out and depart for Hoi An. Lunch en route (Lang Co beach). Go through Hai Van tunnel (the longest traffic tunnel in South East Asia). Stop at China beach & Marble Mountains for a break. Arrive in Hoi An for check into the hotel. In the afternoon, we will visit the Hoi An ancient town: (Phuc Kien Assembly Hall, Japanese covered bridge, 200 year old house of Phung Hung, and Hoi An historical museum…).Enjoy dinner and take an hour Cyclo around the town for shopping. Stay overnight in Hoi An Town.

Day 3: Hoi An - Hue: 140 km (B, L, D) After breakfast, we will check-out and drive to Hue. On the way we will visitcau-song-han01.jpg Cham Museum in Da Nang. After lunch in Hue, check-into the hotel and have a break. In the afternoon, we will visit the Emperor Tu Duc‘s Tomb; stop at bustling Dong Ba Market for a true bargain shopping experience. We will enjoy dinner and listen to Hue court music on the Perfume River. Stay overnight in Hue City.

 

Day 4: Hue - Savannakhet: 400 km (B, L) After breakfast, we will drive back to Savannakhet. Have lunch at Muong Phine (Laos).Arrive in Savannakhet at around 3 PM and transfer back to Mukdahan (Thailand). End of the trip.

                                    (4 stars): Glory hotel, Hoi An hotel.
